Kathryn Magnolia-Feeley

Kathryn-Magnolia Feeley, educated at Loreto and with degrees in Education, Classical Archaeology, Business, Law, Counselling and Psychology, was admitted to the High Court of Australia as a Barrister-at-Law and has cases published in the Commonwealth Law Reports and the Federal Court Reports.
Her publications on workplace bullying in hospitals has been praised by members of the USA medical profession and her legal argument for the Return of the Parthenon Marbles to Greece has been endorsed by His All-Holiness Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew, Spiritual Leader of Eastern Orthodox Christians, worldwide.
Kathryn-Magnolia has enjoyed a varied career spanning business, tourism in the marlin industry, university law lecturer, archaeologist in Greece & Egypt and a commissioned officer in Naval Intelligence (RANR).
Her leading Federal Court case on migration has become case law for Resident Return Visas and has influenced subsequent cases enabling many people to call Australia home.
Kathryn-Magnolia’s practice includes family law, child protection, migration and she is a law & motivational speaker on the conference circuit.
